LintAlert® Kit
The working parts of the LintAlert dryer exhaust monitoring system include the pass-through plug alarm module, SmartTap™ Fitting and a 6' length of tubing. The system connects to your dryer's exhaust connection to monitor back pressure so you know your dryer is exhausting efficiently and safely.
You'll note that only one LED indicator is illuminated in this photo. That means the dryer is exhausting in a like new, very efficient state. Over time, lint will build up in the system. As it does, more indicators will light so you know when it's time for duct maintenance. If the back pressure becomes dangerous, all indicator lights will flash and an audible alarm will sound (that can be muted until the system can be cleaned or repaired).
